Currently, we deliver KAYALI products to the United States and United Kingdom mainland only.
How do I choose the best fragrance for me ?
To make the right choice, could you let us know what types of fragrances you enjoy? For example, do you prefer light and fresh, fruity, floral, or deeper and more intense scents? Also, determine the occasion for which you want to wear it. A fresher and lighter fragrance will be more suitable for daily use, while more intense perfumes will be perfect for an evening or an event. This will help us understand your scent profile and recommend the perfect KAYALI fragrances for you! One of the best things about KAYALI is that you can layer our fragrances with your favorite scents that you already own or wear them on their own. We also invite you to discover a variety of our scents before committing to a full bottle, with our range of Discovery Sets which are a great way to experience several fragrances at once.

Are KAYALI fragrances cruelty free?
We are happy to confirm that all KAYALI fragrances are cruelty-free and have not been tested on animals. Our products are carefully developed and lovingly tested by our founder, Mona Kattan.
Are KAYALI fragrances Vegan Friendly?
We define vegan friendly as products that do not contain any animal derived ingredients or animal by-products. Our fragrances; KAYALI Musk, Elixir, Eden Juicy Apple, Lovefest Burning Cherry, Vanilla Royale Sugared Patchouli, Wedding Silk Santal, Wedding Velvet Santal, Oudgasm Vanilla Oud, Oudgasm Cafe Oud, Oudgasm Tobacco Oud, Eden Sparkling Lychee, Marrakesh in a Bottle Orange Blossom, Capri in a Bottle Lemon Sugar, Maui in a Bottle Sweet Banana, Maldives in a Bottle Ylang Coco, Yum Boujee Marshmallow and all 4 scents of the Kayali All Over Body Spray are vegan friendly.
How can I know the expiration date of KAYALI fragrances ?
There is no strict expiry date for a perfume, unlike a cosmetic product, but an optimal use date. The shelf life of our perfumes is between 3 and 5 years from the date of manufacture, if stored correctly, in a cool, dark place, away from humidity, sunlight and high temperatures.
How should I store my KAYALI fragrance?
The best place to store your fragrance is in a dark and cool place, away from humidity, sunlight, and high temperature.
When my fragrance will be back in stock?
Thank you for being a valued part of our community. We are currently working to restock our KAYALI gems and hope to have them available again very soon. In the meantime, we recommend signing up for the NOTIFY ME option on the product page to be among the first to know as soon as it is back in stock.
Do you offer samples?
We don’t send free samples separately. However, we do include one complimentary sample with every order placed on KAYALI.com. If you would like to explore a variety of our scents before committing to a full bottle, we also offer a range of Discovery Set which are a great way to experience several fragrances at once. We also invite you to visit one of our authorized retailers to test our fragrances.
Do you sell samples ?

Where do you ship KAYALI to?
You can order KAYALI products through our official website KAYALI.com or by visiting any of our authorized retailers. For online purchases via KAYALI.com, our fragrances are available in selected countries. Due to IATA guidelines and restrictions associated with shipping fragrances and other HAZMAT items, please ensure your country is selected in the region menu to verify whether we ship directly to your location. Currently, we deliver KAYALI products to the United States and United Kingdom mainland only.
Why is KAYALI not available for delivery to my country?
At this time, we do not offer retail or shipping services to all the countries. We are actively working to expand our retail global network and hope to serve your region in the near future. Currently, we deliver KAYALI products to the United States and United Kingdom mainland only. You can also purchase KAYALI by visiting one of our authorized retailers.
Can I cancel or exchange my order ?
Unfortunately we don't have an exchange policy, any items that are eligible to be returned can be returned for a refund only. If you need an alternative product you would be required to return the items and place a new order. We can only accept the return of KAYALI full size fragrances (50ml & 100ml) purchased through our official website KAYALI.com within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and sealed in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the order must be returned in full, including all complimentary gifts, with the exception of the 1.5 ml complimentary sample.
What is your return policy ?
We can only accept the return of KAYALI full size fragrances (50ml & 100ml)purchased through our official website KAYALI.com within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and sealed in their original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, the order must be returned in full, including all complimentary gifts, with the exception of the 1.5 ml complimentary sample. The following items are not eligible for return: KAYALI Samples (1.5ml & 3ml), Discovery Sets (1.5ml x 8 & 1.5ml x 4), Duo Sets (50ml & 10ml - 50ml x 2), Mini Duo Sets (5ml x 2), Hair Mist, Hand Cream, Travel Sprays (10ml), Miniatures (10ml) & Miniature Sets (10ml x 2 & 10ml x 4), Gift Sets, Bakhoor Burner and Perfumed Oud Wood (b/pts)We offer free returns only for the United States and United Kingdom mainland only. For US orders, a pre-paid return label will be included with your order. Please use this label only if your items are eligible for return. Any items returned that are not eligible under the policy above will not be refunded, nor will the items be returned to you. For UK orders, kindly contact our Customer Care via our Contact Us form and the team will be pleased to assist you and provide a return label.
Can I return items and keep the 'Free Gift' Items?
If the original qualifying item is eligible for return then it remains eligible for return even if you received a Free Gift with it, however, if you wish to return the original qualifying item the 'Free Gift' should also be returned to receive a full refund. You can check return eligibility in our return policy.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
If you are waiting for a refund for items that you have returned, your refund will be processed within 14 days of the items being received at our warehouse. You can use your return tracking number to confirm if they have been received successfully. The items will be checked and verified and then the refund will be initiated. After a refund has been processed from our end, it can take up to 14 days to reflect with your issuing bank. After this period if you have still not received your refund please let us know.
I should have been refunded, but the money isn't in my account?
If we have informed you that a refund has been processed, it may still take up to 14 days to reflect with your issuing bank. After this time, If the amount has still not been received please let us know via the Contact Us section so we can resolve this for you.
